Architectural vision and technical strategy across the bank's KYC and CRM domains — customer onboarding and periodic review funnels, and relationship management for private and business customers, with hundreds of complex business processes around them. Established the airline's R&D function from scratch — defined the technical roadmap, recruited the team, and mentored engineers, laying the groundwork for modernising its digital infrastructure.
